Eligibility & Health Conditions;
- Children below 5 years are not permitted on the boat
- only 10 years and above can dive.
- Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances before or during the activity is strictly prohibited
- Scuba diving is not allowed for individuals with the following health conditions:
- Heart-related problems or history of heart disease.
- High Blood Pressure (BP) or Low Blood Pressure (BP).
- Diabetes
- Ear-related conditions such as ear perforations, ear surgeries, or persistent water leakage from the ear.
- Any major surgery undergone in the last 12 months.
- Severe asthma, epilepsy, or respiratory conditions.
- Pregnant women are strictly not allowed to dive.
- Participants must disclose their complete medical history before diving. Failure to do so will result in disqualification without refund.

📅 Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
On the Day of Visit:
- Same-day cancellations not allowed
- If the dive slot is full, booking may be rescheduled or refunded
No Refunds If:
- Participant fails medical check
- Late arrival or no-show
- Client-initiated cancellation
Rescheduling allowed in case of:
- Bad weather
- Naval firing
- Unforeseen natural events
Refund timeline: 3–5 business days (where applicable)
Advance Bookings:
- Cancellation allowed within 12 hours of booking (service charge applicable)
- After 12 hours – 20% deduction
