By booking and participating in scuba diving activities with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility & Medical Conditions;
- Children below 5 years are not permitted on the boat
- only 10 years and above can dive.
Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity and is not suitable for everyone. For safety reasons, participation is not allowed for individuals with:
- Heart-related problems or history of heart disease.
- High Blood Pressure (BP) or Low Blood Pressure (BP).
- Diabetes (uncontrolled or requiring insulin).
- Ear-related conditions such as ear perforations, ear surgeries, or persistent water leakage from the ear.
- Any major surgery undergone in the last 12 months.
- Severe asthma, epilepsy, or respiratory conditions.
- Pregnant women are strictly not allowed to dive.
- Participants must disclose their complete medical history before diving. Failure to do so will result in disqualification without refund.
2. Safety & Diving Rules;
- Divers must follow all instructions provided by certified instructors and safety staff.
- Safety equipment (mask, fins, snorkel, buoyancy jacket, oxygen tank, etc.) must be worn as instructed.
- Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
- Non-swimmers are allowed but must stay within instructor-guided limits.
- In case of ear pain, discomfort, or breathing difficulty underwater, participants must signal and ascend immediately.
3.Booking, Cancellations & Refunds;
- You can secure your diving slot by paying just 20% in advance. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the dive before departure.
- If your selected date and time are unavailable due to full booking, your reservation may be rescheduled to the next available slot. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued
- Day of Visit: Cancellations on the day of your visit are not allowed.. Once a reservation is made for the same day,it is final and non-refundable, regardless of the time of booking or reason for cancellation
- No refunds will be provided if:
- The participant fails the medical fitness check.
- The participant cancels on the day of the dive.
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund. In some cases, rides may be rescheduled
- No Refund In Case Of Cancelations from clients. (we can carry forward ur booking in case of cancelation)
- Weather/sea conditions prevent the completion of the activity (rescheduling may be offered).
- Reservation 2–3 Days in Advance;
- cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of booking,(after deduction of service charge)
- if cancellation is requested after 12 hours from the time of booking.then 20% will be deducted.
- Operators may cancel dives anytime during to bad weather or naval firing or any act of god -in this above case full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 business days

4.Assumption of Risk | Liability;
- Scuba diving is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you accept these risks and agree that the organizers/instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications arising during or after the dive.
- The Honavar Boating.com | company ,shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications arising during or after the activity due to pre-existing medical conditions or non-compliance with instructions.
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables during the ride and diving
5.General Conditions
- Participants must arrive on time at the dive location. Late arrivals may lead to cancellation without refund.
- The company reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed medically unfit or unsafe.
- By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Amendments
Honavar Boating reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
