Welcome to Honavar Boating. By booking or participating in any of our boating services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
1.General Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Honavar Boating.
All guests are expected to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
Life jackets are mandatory during the boat ride and must be worn at all times.
Alcohol consumption, smoking, or carrying hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
2.Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made online through our official website
20% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Promo codes, coupons, or cashback offers must be applied at the time of booking; they cannot be claimed later.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3.Check-in & Boarding
Guests must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund. In some cases, rides may be rescheduled
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Day of Visit: Cancellations on the day of your visit are not allowed.. Once a reservation is made for the same day,it is final and non-refundable, regardless of the time of booking or reason for cancellation.
- Reservation 2–3 Days in Advance;
- cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of booking,(after deduction of service charge)
- if cancellation is requested after 12 hours from the time of booking.then 20% will be deducted.
- AFTER your rental is due to start (or you just don’t turn up) you’ll receive no refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5.Weather & Safety
- In case of bad weather, strong currents, or other safety concerns, Honavar Boating reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides.
- If a trip is cancelled due to weather or safety issues, customers will be offered either a full refund or an option to reschedule without extra charge.
- government restrictions trips may be canceled at the discretion of the dive/boating staff.
- The safety decision of the captain/crew is final.
6.Liability
- Guests participate in boating activities at their own risk.
- Honavar Boating.com will not be liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or accidents caused due to negligence, non-compliance with safety instructions, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables during the ride.
7.Amendments
Honavar Boating reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
