• Driving License: A learner’s license is not acceptable; an original Indian driving license is needed.
• Aadhaar Card: Original Aadhaar is required

For International Customers:

A valid driving license from their home country along with an international driving permit is necessary.

• you are responsible for ensuring that you have the physical fitness and skill required to operate a bike safely

• Responsibilities and Liability

  • You are responsible for the bike from the time of pickup until its return.
  • You agree to pay for any damages, loss, or theft that occurs during your rental period.
  • If you encounter mechanical issues, report them immediately; unauthorized repairs are prohibited.

  Cancellations & Refunds;

• Cancellations on the same day of booking are not allowed. Once a reservation is made for the same day,

it is final and non-refundable, regardless of the time of booking or reason for cancellation.

Reservation 2–3 Days in Advance

•  cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of booking,
• No refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested after 12 hours from the time of booking.
• AFTER your rental is due to start (or you just don’t turn up) you’ll receive no refund.
