By booking or using a bike through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Riders must have a valid driver’s license for gear/non-gear bikes as applicable under local laws.
For International Customers:
A valid driving license from their home country along with an international driving permit is necessary.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Promo codes (e.g.,
Bike50) are valid only during promotional periods and cannot be combined with other offers.
3. Rental Duration & Extensions
- Bike rental is based on an hourly or daily model, as per your booking.
- Delays beyond the agreed time may incur additional charges, which must be paid upon return or deducted from the security deposit.
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of pickup.
- Deductions may apply for damage, late returns, traffic fines, or missing accessories.
5. Bike Condition & Usage
- All bikes are inspected before delivery. Users are advised to inspect the vehicle and report any issues immediately.
- Bikes must be used responsibly and not ridden under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in restricted zones.
- The bike must not be sub-rented, lent, or used for racing or illegal activities.
6. Helmet & Safety
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory while riding.
- Safety gear is the responsibility of the rider. We provide helmets upon request and availability.
7. Fuel Policy
- Bikes are provided with a certain level of fuel. The same level must be returned to avoid fuel charges.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations & Refunds;
- Cancellations on the same day of booking are not allowed. Once a reservation is made for the same day,
- it is final and non-refundable, regardless of the time of booking or reason for cancellation.
- Reservation 2–3 Days in Advance;

- No refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested after 12 hours from the time of booking.

9. Accidents & Liability
- In case of an accident, users must inform us and local authorities immediately.
- The rider is fully responsible for any fines, legal issues, or damages during the rental period.
- Insurance (if applicable) may cover certain incidents but does not waive user responsibility.
10. Platform Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or withhold refunds in case of policy violations or fraudulent activity.
11. Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
