Honnavar Sharavathi Backwater Boating

Experience the serene backwaters of Honnavar Sharavathi at two primary locations:

1. Tarebagilu, Honnavar: The premier destination for backwater boating, featuring notable spots like Kerala Spot, Madhuvana, Lotus Point, and Mangrove Forest. These areas are ideal for pre-wedding photography sessions.
2. Kasarkod Eco Beach: A scenic location offering backwater boating experiences.

Boating Timings:

– 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Embark on a tranquil backwater boating adventure in Honnavar Sharavathi!

Visit during sunrise and sunset for the best view. Remember, boating is not allowed during Monsoon season.

Here are the 3 packages available for Backwater Boating:

Package 1: 1-Hour Tour
– Cost: ₹1200
– Duration: 1 hour

– Covers 1 place: Kerala Spot and Mangrove Forest

Package 2: 1.5-Hour Tour
– Cost: ₹1500
– Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
– Covers 3 places: Kerala Spot, Lotus Point, and Mangrove Forest

Package 3: 2-Hour Tour
– Cost: ₹2000
– Duration: 2 hours
– Covers all 4 places (including Madhuvana, subject to sufficient water level)
(Please note that the Madhuvana spot may not be covered in the 2-hour package if the water level is low.)

Please be aware that for all the packages, you will not have to share the boat with random people; it will be reserved exclusively for you and your friends or family. A maximum of 7 individuals is permitted on one boat, and for any additional members beyond that, there will be a charge of Rs. 200 per person, allowing for a total of 14 people on a boat.

Pre-booking options are also offered (a 20% fee is required upfront, with the remainder due at the boating location).
